AInformation We Collect

When you register for or participate in the Services, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and payment information, mailing address, emergency contact information, date of birth, and any health-related information you elect to provide (such as physician's clearance documentation).

Biometric and Performance Data. Through your use of studio equipment, such as stationary bicycles and heart rate monitors, we collect biometric and performance metrics including heart rate, cadence, power output, calories, distance, and other class-related performance data.

Audio and Video Recordings. As described in Section 5 (Premises and Equipment) of the Terms, we may record audio and video of classes and other activities held at the Premises. Such recordings may capture your image, voice, and likeness.

Information Collected Automatically. When you visit our website or interact with our digital properties, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type and identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, dates and times of access, and similar usage information. We collect such information through cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.

Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, such as payment processors, social media platforms (where you choose to interact with us through such platforms), and analytics providers.

BHow We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

Service Provision. To register you for classes, process payments, manage your account, communicate with you regarding bookings, cancellations, waitlists, and other transactional matters, and otherwise provide and improve the Service.

Personalization and Analytics. To personalize your class experience, track and display your performance metrics over time, analyze trends in usage of the Service, and develop new features and offerings.

Marketing Communications. To send you promotional communications about Soca's classes, events, products, and offerings, including newsletters and special offers, in each case where permitted by applicable law and from which you may opt out as described below.

Legal and Safety. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and legal processes; to enforce the Terms; to detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, security incidents, or other unlawful activity; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Soca, our Participants, or others.

With Your Consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your subsequent consent.

CHow We Share Your Information

Service Providers. We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, hosting, software, analytics, marketing, communications, and operational support, in each case subject to confidentiality obligations and limitations on use.

Legal and Regulatory. We may process your personal information where we are legally required to do so, such as in response to court orders, requests by law enforcement, including for national security purposes; to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights, as required to enforce our terms of service or other contracts; to defend against legal claims or demands; to detect, investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the rights, property, or personal safety of any person; or to comply with the requirements of any applicable law.

Business Transfers. If Soca is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or other similar transaction, we may share or transfer information as part of, or in connection with, such transaction.

With Your Consent. We may share your information with your consent or at your direction.

DCookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and tailor content and communications. You may control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated by Soca. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing any information to them.

FData Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active, as necessary to provide the Service, and as required to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention practices.

GSecurity

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the security of your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

You have the following choices and rights with respect to your information:

Account Information. You may review, update, or correct the personal information associated with your account at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us using the information below.

Marketing Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or by contacting us. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or service-related communications.

State-Specific Rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights with respect to your personal information, including the rights to know what personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction of your personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (which we do not engage in), and not be discriminated against for exercising any such rights. IChildren

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that we have collected personal information from your child, please contact us using the information below and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information. In addition, use of the Service by individuals under the age of eighteen (18) is subject to the eligibility restrictions set forth in Section 1 (Eligibility) of the Terms.

When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date below or, where required by law, by other appropriate means.
