This Privacy Policy describes how Soca J'Ouvert Cycle Inc. (“Soca,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you in connection with your participation in the Services (as defined in the Terms of Service to which this Annex A is attached, the “Terms”), whether online or offline. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms. By participating in the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

AInformation We Collect

Information You Provide. When you register for or participate in the Services, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and payment information, mailing address, emergency contact information, date of birth, and any health-related information you elect to provide (such as physician's clearance documentation).

Biometric and Performance Data. Through your use of studio equipment, such as stationary bicycles and heart rate monitors, we collect biometric and performance metrics including heart rate, cadence, power output, calories, distance, and other class-related performance data.

Audio and Video Recordings. As described in Section 5 (Premises and Equipment) of the Terms, we may record audio and video of classes and other activities held at the Premises. Such recordings may capture your image, voice, and likeness.

Information Collected Automatically. When you visit our website or interact with our digital properties, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type and identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, dates and times of access, and similar usage information. We collect such information through cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.

Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, such as payment processors, social media platforms (where you choose to interact with us through such platforms), and analytics providers.

BHow We Use Your Information

Service Provision. To register you for classes, process payments, manage your account, communicate with you regarding bookings, cancellations, waitlists, and other transactional matters, and otherwise provide and improve the Service.

Personalization and Analytics. To personalize your class experience, track and display your performance metrics over time, analyze trends in usage of the Service, and develop new features and offerings.

Marketing Communications. To send you promotional communications about Soca's classes, events, products, and offerings, including newsletters and special offers, in each case where permitted by applicable law and from which you may opt out as described below.

Legal and Safety. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and legal processes; to enforce the Terms; to detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, security incidents, or other unlawful activity; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Soca, our Participants, or others.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
